painful and still in pain...

I'm a week late for my period this month. Sexually active without protections. Sex life was brill. Today went to have sex and I'm dry (not usual for me) and I was in absloute pain! Also not usual for me. Hours later I'm still in pain! I have pcos, I did a test it was negative but my husband just rang saying how he is really worried and scared that if I wa sore Tammy he had done something to the feotus! I'm now so confused and hurting
