please help 😢

I don't know why I did it and please don't judge me but I went through my boyfriends phone when he was asleep and I went on a conversation with his friend (whose a girl) and I went on their pics and he'd sent her a pic of his dick and a pic of him in bed. I have no idea whether this was whilst we were together or before but this really upset me. She'd also text him asking if he "wanted a joint"  which don't get me wrong I know he takes drugs sometimes but not recently. I asked him whether he'd ever had a thing with this chick which he said no to which doesn't explain the pics. I don't know what to do, I really want to confront him but then I don't want to admit that I went through his phone 😥
