It would be way hard to tell this early in unless using the ramzi theory. The ramzi theory is tricky though, in order to determine orientation of placenta we'd need to see your entire uterus. On top of knowing the orientation of the u.s. Scan. As in, is the top of this scan the top of your actually uterus. Best to ask your Dr. Where your placenta is located or at least where the top of uterus is as well as getting a full image of your uterus. Also good to know whether you had a abdominal or transvaginal u.s.
