Dilating and Induction

3 day induction! My cervix was completely posterior and completely closed when I started the process on the 13th at 1pm. So they started by doing 1 vaginal shot of Prostin gel. They then did double the shot of prostin at 8pm. I had contractions all night until 5am 3-4 minutes apart and lasting between 45-65 seconds. I came into the hospital and my cervix was still the same. They let me continue with contractions and checked me every so often. It took me to 3:30 pm to get dilated to 2 and 3/4 and be 80 % effaced they did a sweep around 10:00am when I was 1 centimetre dilated. They started oxytocin at 3:30 and at 7 contractions were so bad they said I really needed morphine to help relax I was being to tense by 8:00 there was no change in my cervix what so ever but I had very strong brutal contractions. They stopped everything except the iv and broke my water now I have big contractions once in a while and they are making me wait until 4:00am to have the oxytocin again. Anyone else have something crazy like this! I'm starting to go nuts I don't think he's ever coming out 😭😩
