First Ultrasound

According to this app and the first day of my last period I am 5 weeks pregnant. But really conception didn't occur then so I am more like 3.4 weeks along. My doctor wants to see me in a few weeks but should I push it forward a few weeks so that I am closer to 6-7 weeks?

I just don't know if they will see a heartbeat so early if I am only 5 weeks. The nurse scheduled the appt. going by my last period. Thank you!
