My options...

I tried the copper iud. It half slipped out. Ive read that having that happen again can be 20 to 30% chance. My doctor said skyla is smaller and may work better. However the insertion was VERY painful because I have a small cervical opening. She shoved the sound into my uterus and it felt like "pop". Im not sure if it is worth it to try again if I have a 30% chance of it not even staying in place. The arm implant seems like a good alternative to an IUD. Also I cant take any birth control with estrogen because I get headaches where I lose my vision and estrogen increases my risk for a stroke. Ive already tried the shot and gained 60 pounds in 6 months. Any advice would be great. Excess bleeding is not a problem, I have a heavy flow so I am used to it.
