Lower back pain?

Question

4 weeks 5 days with pretty bad lower back pain after working today. Can't stop being worried about EVERYTHING. And now this back pain won't go away.  Anybody have pretty severe lower back pain and it was fine?

Oh I'm paranoid too... went for an ultrasound today (I'm approx 5 weeks, but not sure... has a confirmed miscarriage on sept 7th) got to see a little Sac and what looks like a healthy pregnancy at this point. I am incredibky achey, have left sided pain under my hip bone and am super gassy which is making me more crampy. I notice when I'm busy doing things, I don't notice it but the second I stop and think about it... my heart sinks cause I swear I feel pain.

I think this is all normal. I think we're gonna look back and remember how neurotic we were :)

It's impossible not to worry! I have a retroverted uterus so get lots of back pain. I had this with my first pregnancy, which resulted in a healthy baby. I've got it again now. I didn't get it the pregnancy that ended in MC. So it can be normal, and is more likely if you've got adenomyosis and/or a retroverted uterus. Even without either of these things it's most likely to be just pain from things growing.
