Ugh I think it's rude do you ?

I am a hair dresser my client came in coughing her brains out. She said to me I'm so sick this is the worst sickness I've ever had but I really need my roots done so I couldn't cancel! ! Now I have been deathly I'll for 2 weeks witch that would be like whatever but I have a really bad neck which she knows and has watched me suffer through surgery to fuxe my spine and knows I am waiting to do another one . Anyway I have been so sick but everytime I cough I now losing feeling in my hands and it's creeping up my arms so I have had to cancel other people's appts. What do you say in this situation I really need help
