Help?

Im 7 days late and ive experienced sore boobs , fatigue and sleepy at any time , since yesterday my CM gets light brown and its not normal for me to have a light brown CM unless its the end of my period i havent had my period yet i did a research today and all the topic is its an early signs of pregnancy i hope so coz we're TTC for 6 months now , What do you think? is it an early signs of pregnancy?
