PCOS struggle, who is with me?

The struggle is real. I'm sick of this irregularity. Just bought $80 worth of self-help books on Amazon... I hope, with the help of my doctor, I can regulate and start working on trying to have a baby. Who else is struggling with PCOS? I'd love a support group

I've had PCOS for almost 16 years. I wasn't actually diagnosed until last year, after having my son. My doctor mentioned it in passing, as though I had known all along. 😂 it's miserable, and can be a nightmare for ttc, but it's not impossible! One thing that really helped me was losing weight by cutting out refined flour and sugar.
