sore breasts?

Hello everyone! My hubby and I are Ttc baby number 1 my period was due today which never came but my breasts are super tender which they get that way around my time of the month. However I noticed blue veins in my breasts which I never had before I was wondering if this could be an early sign of pregnancy? I've been crampy all week too but it's not too bad.  I'm holding off a few days to test. Just trying to get others input!
