So confused!! I have under active thyroid and have had for 14 years (since I was 14yrs old) I was always told it would b more difficult to conceive and I got instantly pregnant with 3 gorgeous babies 2 years apart.. I also had a miscarriage in between them. This time however is very different.. I had the nexplanon in my arm after my last baby and had it for 3 years.. we decided to try for 1 more baby after getting married last year and buying our very first beautiful home.. but this times very different.. our son was conceived from one missed pill and even though I took the pill through my 7 day break(like the doc advised) I found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks.. we've now been trying 7 months and no bfp.. went to the docs as was advised my ovaries could dry up a lot earlier with getting thyroid disorder so young.. last month blood at 21 day showed no ovulation.. this month same again. Progesterone levels very low.. however I'm confused as I had blood test Tuesday on day 23 based on longer cycle the last could of months and then Wednesday and Thursday I had peak ovulation tests!! Friday went to the doctors and they said negative and period due any day within the next 5 days. The docs have referred me to a fertility specialist... but I can't stop thinking what's going on?? I also felt extreme ovulation pain on Wednesday and Thursday and it's been wearing off Friday and today. Please help me!!
