36 weeks being induced at 39 weeks

Due to my son being a bigger baby because I'm a diabetic and have been since I was a child I will be induced November the 7th I'm currently 36 weeks and will be induced at 39 because if I let him bake much longer after that he will be to big to have a vaginal birth. I'm not big on using the drugs to force him out but I don't want a c section. We're not using an epidural either. He was 6 lbs last week and he's also measuring 10 days ahead of his due date which is (November 13th). He's going to be a big healthy little boy! We are so excited to meet him !
