What would you do if your best friend was self harming?

My best friends found out that I was self harming and said nothing. What would you have done?

When I was 13, I told my best friend I wanted to cut myself. Rather than stopping me, or even not saying anything at all, she encouraged me to do it because she wanted to watch. I realized that I needed new friends after that. Any real friend would talk to you, ask you what was going on, see if there was anything they could do. Real friends would not just ignore it/let it go. 
I know what you're going through. I'm so sorry that you have such shitty friends. You need a support system. You need people who want to help you through what you're going through. Keep your head up.❤️

I would've talked to someone that could help you that u trust and you could talk too.

Don't feel like she doesn't care about you; she probably doesn't know what to do. She wants to keep your confidence but she also knows you needs help.
