Body scent change pp?

Hey ladies :) hope everyone and your lo's are off to a great start! Question: has anyone noticed a change in body scent post partum? I had a blood transfusion right after c section, so i thought it was that, but now I'm noticing baby smells like it too. It's just different and hard to describe, so I'm thinking/ hoping it's hormones? Thanks! !
