Baby yoga ???

Okay, my boyfriend just brought up that he recently saw on Facebook a post about this woman who does baby yoga. He pulled up the video on YouTube and this woman is LITERALLY tossing this baby around !!!!!!! I immediately got sick to my stomach and turned the video off. Is there something extremely beneficial to this ? Is there something that makes throwing your baby around worth it?

Just watched the video.... um fuck that lady. I didn't make it past the second clip where the baby is crying and whining. You can do baby yoga safely (i.e. Helping your baby get into downward dog, holding baby while you stretch) but this is child abuse.

Babies do their own yoga, this kind of thing is really unnecessary.

I used to do yoga with my nephew when he was a baby but it was nothing like those videos! That is clearly child abuse and dunking the baby in the boiling water? There's a debate on whether the baby died at the end due to suffocation!

Ok so I thought you must be over reacting and I looked it up. 😳 Not over reacting. The baby's skin is all red like she's dunking it in hot water. At first I thought it was a doll, holding her arms like that. Nope. Real baby. Why would anyone do that?

... Are you sure that's yoga?? I know it involves movement, but not THAT much movement where someone gets "thrown" around

My baby and I do mommy and me yoga. I bought the DVDs. Ours don't involve throwing or swinging. Just regular old yoga, but easy enough for a baby to copy. But most of the time she gets bored and crawls away 😂
