Thanks, not sure what to expect or if I'm having real contractions. The pain is happening more often, a lot this evening. I'm 38 weeks.

Are they consistent, regular, and continual? I would time them for sure and put in a call to your dr. Could be false labor and it could be actual labor. Usually if it's regular, consistent and gets closer together it's labor. Good luck!
