anxiety sufferers?!

Anyone else suffering major anxiety (feeling scared in your own home) and know if the doctors will give me tablets for it while pregnant? 
It all started when I was viciously attacked by a girl outside a nightclub in April 2016, she attacked me for about 5 minutes straight and I was injured badly. Ever since I'm terrified in my own home, thought I could handle it but definitely not anymore, currently sitting awake at 2.30 am scared to sleep, it's horrible, help😫

Hey girl, I'm sorry you were attacked, that is aweful! I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder (for years I have) and have been okay through most the pregnancy but I was told at one point by my OB there are safe options as far as medications to manage it. Definitely bring it up and see what they can prescribe you!

That's awful. Sorry it hear that happened to you. I have generalized anxiety disorder and my doctor took me off my medicine before I got pregnant. I have been okay for the most part throughout my pregnancy but my doctor said if it gets bad we have some options so your best bet is to bring it up to your doctor and see what they can do for you. I hope you can get some relief.

Anxiety while pregnant is awful. Mine got really bad after I got pregnant and my doctors put me on Zoloft and buspar. The buspar is only 5mg,but I was told I could take it up to 3X a day. Kinda for when you feel more anxious on the spot.

I've struggled with my anxiety but I'm not on anything for it. Not since I got pregnant.

My husband was working nights and we had just moved half way across the world and I was in this huge house every night alone. So we got a dog. Idk if that's an option for you, but even the kitten helped me. But the dog gives me a lot of comfort and it's easier to be comfortable home alone
