TMI!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I know this sounds weird but it has been over a week that my hubby has been sick with a cold luckily I have not gotten it I am 8 weeks pregnant and it has been over a week since we last had sex and I would like to have sex tonight but want to know if we do will I get sick from him? Sorry if it sounds dumb I just don't know if it's a big risk to my baby and I or not?
