I have been spotting for most of my pregnancy so far and the doctor isn't too worried about it because I have a negative blood type and he said this can be normal for that to happen but today I have been bleeding bright red with what might be clots I'm not sure it's only when I wipe and a tiny bit on a pad but I'm worried no cramps or any other discomfort and still have increasing pregnancy symptoms should I go to the hospital or wait it out and hope for the best?
