Roses are one of the most difficult pieces to cover unless you are going to black out your arm I'm afraid... roses and koi are the main pieces used for cover ups when they don't like the original. Laser treatment or leaving it is the answer I'm afraid. My sleeve covers bits of old tattoos but mines nightmare before Christmas so it's all dark pieces :)

It's possible but it may not look the best. My husband has a cover up on his neck and in the right light you can still see the original.

I don't think you can for the mask . As for the star on the rose possibly. Just make sure to go to someone who specializes in cover ups.
