Growth spurt

We had just gotten a little routine down( well somewhat of a routine for a newborn lol) she was sleeping about 6 hours at night and taking naps during the day, eating very 4 hours or so for about 15-30 mins each feeding. Well starting last Thursday night she has been wanting to feed every 1-2 hours and will be at the breast for like 45 mins or more ! I'm not sure if I should unlatch her or not, I don't want her to over eat and vomit or something. But if she's not at the breast she is one cranky baby! She hardly sleeps at night and wakes up every 2 hours or less, takes me forever to put her to sleep as well! She has no fever and doesn't seem sick. She also unlatches and fusses at the breast a few times too. I know I am producing milk, it comes out when I check. What could it be? Please if anyone knows I would greatly appreciate your help!

P.s she also started something new, she sucks on her hands and fingers big time if I don't feed her right away!
