miscarriage

Pretty sure I miscarried. Ended up in the ER last night due to some spotting to light bleeding. They did a pelvic exam and said my cervix was still closed but there was a little more blood back in there then I was explaining and experiencing. They drew blood but my levels were to low to do a sono which I figured cause I was just 5 weeks so they want me to follow up with my OB and have blood work done but I woke up this morning and I had what was like a normal period and some cramping so I'm guessing I'm miscarrying. 2 years and 2 months of trying and a round of Clomid and it's gone just like that 😔🙁😩😭. I feel like I've done something wrong.
