Alcohol and rape
Senario:
Girl and boy meet on a night out. Both very drunk, lots of kissing in the club etc. boy asks girl to go back to his. Girl agrees, they have sex.
The next morning she claims that he raped her as she was drunk and could not consent. Neither of them remember the night before very clearly but they both say the other was completely up for it.
Would you say this is rape?
