partial hisdirectomy

First pregnancy at 35.... miscarriage at 9 weeks.. had to have partial hisdirectomy but I still have my right side ... I am having earlier cycles .... it's been 5 months and they say 6 months to a year to conceive... anyone else go through this?? How long did it take you and did you change anything to get pregnant?
