Stressed out!
I haven't posted since my miscarriage last year. I am trying to stay positive. I can give great advice to people who are feeling down during their TTC journey but it's hard to take your own advice sometimes. I am 33 and Hubby is 37. The hubbs has low count and low motility. We knew our journey would be long and stressful. We thought we finally did it last year when I got pregnant. Sadly I had a missed miscarriage and ever since then we have had this dark cloud over us. We are still very much in love and still trying, but I don't know how much longer I can handle the it. We have had some issues since I get very emotional and moody at times. I recently quit smoking cold turkey and I am so proud of myself. I gained weight so now I need to lose weight and have no motivation at all. I don't have much support. What are some things I can do to de-stress and get me motivated to get up and do this? Should I stop tracking my cycle and just go with the flow? All advice is welcome.
