ive heard fenugreek seeds work.... but im in my 7 month so i dont have any experience with them

Brewers yeast in lactation bites helps me. Along with the Mothers Mlik Tea. Massaging before pumping and feeding as well. WATER is also key to producing milk and staying hydrated of course. Also, power pumping an hour each day increases my supply. 10 minutes each side 10 minutes off, 5 minutes each side 10 minutes off and ending 5 minutes on each.

I used a combination of oatmeal or lactation cookies (real easy to make; take a cookie mix of your choice, add oatmeal, brewer's yeast - I found tablets at Walmart and crush them - and flax meal. All of it can be found at Walmart or maybe target), power pumping (wait 10minutes after a pumping session and pump another 10 minutes. I usually only do this twice a day.), and 3 capsules of fenugreek 3 times a day. I know people swear by dark beer (not a fan of beer. Ovaltine achieves the same result with the malt.), Gatorade (which just ties into staying hydrated), I've even heard Oreos helped some women (haven't tried them alone to verify it)

Does the Mama milk tea work? Just curious, I've never tried it.

I do have mother's milk tea, but I prefer to make smoothies. My typical smoothie is:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (more to taste)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp ground chia seed
1 tsp ground fenugreek seed
1 tsp - 1 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

Some days I also add a glob of almond butter, I'd estimate it's 1-3 tbsp depending on how big of a glob I grab that day.

I definitely see an increase in my milk that day, sometimes as much as 300 ml / 10 oz (over the course of a full day, not that big of a jump in one pumping).
