Medicine stopped working.

So I've been using menopur since July and this cycle and the last one the menopur did not stimulate just one follicle but several and nothing got to be over 7mm. This cycle nothing even changed from last cycle. Am I doing something wrong? My dr just wants to keep increasing the dose but it's not working. Any tips of what helped you? We are running out of funds but we want to keep trying.
