Severe anxiety and depression
I already have extreme anxiety when not pregnant so it has come ten fold since I got pregnant. And with it has come depression also. I constantly create things to worry about. I worry constantly that my boyfriend will lose his attraction to me or leave me like my son's dad did. I'm piled down with school work and stress at work. I'm constantly crying over things that haven't even happened, just because I think they are going to. I'm already taking medication for this problem but it's obviously not working that well anymore. What are some ways I can cope with this other than medication? I seriously can't take it anymore. :(
