HOW TO DEAL WITH A COLD!?!?!

Over the weekend I developed a stuffy nose then gradually it turned into a sore throat with a cough. Now I'm suffering!! What are some things I can do beside water and vicks? HELP ME 😢😢😢😢😭🤒🤒

I agree with hot tea. Also, using a humidifier seemed to help.

I have a cold now and the exact same symptoms I just drink hot tea with exstra lemon before I go to work and when I come home and I tried tylonol cold and flu but it doesn't work for me so I just do tea and halls and steamy showers to help open my nose

I take a lot of hot showers, especially before bed or a nap. It loosens up all the gunk and drains you out. It also makes you sleepy and can lead to a restful night. Also, for a sore throat I drink water with fresh lemon and a touch of honey (local is best)

I know sudafed is on my list for congestion. For a sore throat i would start with tea with lemon and honey.
