Every state laws are different. I live in Florida and the law is it’s illegal for anyone under 16 to have sexual relations with anyone. If their over 16 they can have sexual relations with someone until their over 24. 
That being said if the parents don’t care great fine and dandy, but what’s it the 18year does something the 15years old parents don’t like now their mad and guess what they call the police and state the 18year old is having sex with the 15 year old and their not happy with that and they want to press charges. So the rightfully so arrest the 18year old and when the years gets out now is a registered sex offender for the rest of their life. Which if the 18year old wants their old child well that’s a lot of fun now because you can’t go anywhere there’s children so doesn’t matter if your child is there or not you can’t attend anything at a school, any child functions etc.  think about ALL of that and let that set in with you. 😉

Me and my boyfriend are currently in a 15 and 18 relationship and I don't think it's a problem at all. As long as both set of parents are okay with it and there is always consent, it's fine in my opinion.

age of consent does vary by state but it's usually 15-16. virginia's is 16 ONLY if it's a 5 yr difference
