when did you move in with your significant other?

Hello!  My SO and  i have been together for almost 2 years this December.  We live an hour apart and usually only see eachother on weekends.  I'm 27, he'll be 25 in February. I really want to move in soon, he'd like to sometime this coming year. Which is fine, but sometimes I just to be like, "let's just move in now!!".

Anyone  else feel like that? Also, I've never lived with a SO. Tips/advise appreciated.

I was living with my girlfriend before we starting dating 🙈 when I was 24. It was so complicated lol. But honestly, if you feel ready, you probably are. But don't rush into it if you're not. My gf and I lived with our other roommate for a year and then got our own place and it really did change a lot. We live in a one bedroom that's pretty small and sometimes it's frustrating because we don't really have our own space. We definitely fight more now than when we had our own rooms, but we're working on giving each other more space and learning how to have boundaries. As long as you keep a good balance with that, you should be fine. I do have to say that it is so lovely to come home to the person you love and get to snuggle with them whenever you want!

Me and my boyfriend will be together for 2 years in January and we moved in together in July. It's the absolute best! There's no absolute right time though. Just when you both feel ready. I know people my age who have been with someone for over 4 or 5 years and haven't even began thinking about moving in together or marriage or anything, and my sister in law was with her man for 3 months before they got married and moved in together and they've been married for 8 years now! It just all depends on when you both feel like it's right!
