TMI DISCHARGE, please help something is wrong!!

Okay I am going to make this as short as possible. I was raped 2 months ago and I went to planned parenthood do check it out because I knew something wasn't okay soo I got tested and the tests were negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea but they did find some yeast so I got treated for that and this started to show up it's white discharge that looks like wet toilet paper clumps. There is no odor and it isn't sticky and it isn't like cottage cheese like in a yeast infection. I am getting lesions in my skin by my labia because it is So dry. Dose anyone have experience with these types of symptoms? If so please help me! I'm thinking it's a form of vaginosis because that's all I can find matching symptoms for! I'm going to see a doctor so hopefully they will know more! I just want help on here from you wonderful group of ladies! Please help!
