I need help ❗️

I had an abortion when I was 14/15 I was way to young to be a mother so it was the right decision at the time, please no nasty comments regarding weather it's good or bad as it was the best thing for me so young, not a single day has gone by since where I haven't regretted it, it's the worst thing I've ever done, along with the hardest thing I've ever done.. So myself and my partner are actively TTC and have been for over 12 months now, has my termination from all those years ago stopped me getting pregnant ? I had a surgical one not the pill. 

Has anyone got pregnant after a termination ? Need to bring my faith up a little as beginning to give up hope now
