Folic Acid
My prenatal vitamin contains 1400 mcg of folic acid, which I have been taking for about 7 months. I just started using pregnitude to improve the quality of the eggs, and it contains 200 mcg of folic acid. Am I taking too much folic acid (1,600 mcg)?
