Help please!
Im 3 days late today but pregnancy tests are negative. My OB nurse says most tests Wont show positive until 7-10 days passed a missed period. Anyone missed period but Didnt test positive for a week. I know with my son I tested negative on the day of my missed period and then had a surprise the next week with a positive test at my Dr's office!
