am confused

Ok so is anyone having the same problem? I was suppose to have my menstrual cycle on the 4th or around there I been taking urine test and they are negative! I am a MA and decided to do a blood one and came back positive! I been having spotting on and off when to my gyn doctor and didn't do anything he just said could be a false positive. Idk should I keep waiting or go to another doctor
