my water balloons are about to burst

Before pregnancy I was in a 38c now I'm in a 40dd I'm only 6weeks today and they are swelling. I cannot take the pain. My due day is June 13, 17. My breast had dry milk on them this morning when I woke up. But they are soooo engorged. This is my 2nd baby. But my daughter was born in 2009 I didn't experience half of the stuff I'm dealing with in this pregnancy. I have to hold my breast just to walk down the stairs because the pain is too intense.
