When your lo gets their vaccinations, does the pediatrician say anything about changes with their poo? My lo just had her 4 month vaccinations yesterday. When I changed her diaper this morning it was soiled with pea green poop. It wasn't hard or lumpy, more like liquid. Usually her diaper is like a grainy mustard. She is ebf and the first time this has happened.
