working out
I am 33 weeks and 2 days. I have been super dedicated to working out during my pregnancy!! I get 3-4 days a week in every week. I'm very proud of myself lol!! I've been doin HIIT workouts and the last few weeks I've been modifying them a lot! I've noticed that it could be causing my muscles to hurt worse than they should. When did you all go from circuit to just walking and some strength moves??
