Started my period this morning, anyone else?

Hi ladies! Anyone else on cycle day 1 today? I woke up at like 4am with uncomfortable cramps and back pain- I knew my period was coming. I'm relaxing this morning and taking my time before I have to get to work. I feel like I need to take a midol or something today. I'd say my cramps are pretty normal. Uncomfortable but I'm not in pain. When I went to the bathroom, I pulled down my panties to sit down and (TMI) a decent sized puddle fell out of me and landed on the bathroom floor. It wasn't chunky, just a LOT of blood and mucus rushing out of me at once. Maybe have had that happen once before but it felt a little weird to me. My mood feels a little irritable and I have no appetite right now
