7 weeks 6 days. Bleed in and on the outside of my Uterus

I went to my first ultrasound yesterday and I was informed that I have a bleed on the inside and the outside of my uterus. Has this happened to any of you? I have more of a chance for a miscarriage and I'm scared to death. I'm not aloud to lift, push, or pull anything heavier than 5lbs..
