Itchy Nipples!?!?!?!

Would any of you ladies help me out. I am 1 day late on my period and my boobs hurt soooo bad and my nipples are super itchy! I think I might be pregnant but I took a test and it was neg. Have any of you guys had this happen to you and then start your period.? The last time my nips were itchy like this I was pregnant with my daughter. I would just like some opinions. I'm just freaking out lol.

I always get sore boobs and itchy nipples before my period, unfortunately.

I tend to get itchy boobs when the fall/winter season arrives because they get dry idk if that's normal or not but I just apply lotion like the rest of my body and I m good to go try it and if anything it'll be a couple minutes of relief

I usually get the sore boobs as well but the itchyness is what has me curious. I have had unprotected sex several times. My husband and i used the pull out method and I know I can still get pregnant. I just am freaking out. If I was pregnant could it be too early to show up on test? I keep telling myself I'm just late because I have been a little stressed due to putting our puppy who contracted distemper to sleep. idk... Thank you though :)
