10weeks and 2 days but measured 12weeks

I got a chance to see my baby for the first time today ultrasound, such a moment ❤️ the thing is i know that I'm 10 weeks and 2 days but the doctor said I'm measured 12 weeks ! How is that possible ? 😝 anyone that had the same situation? 👶🏼
