7 months is ... ?

My book says 25 weeks... but others say 27 weeks or 28 weeks. I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow. But idk whether to say 6 or 7 months lol. I'm due January 11th if that helps

A pregnancy is basically 40 weeks which is truly ten months. However I think the calculations get confusing because some people don't count the first actual month from conception but still hold to a 40 week pregnancy. If you're counting the month from conception

4= 1 month
8= 2months
12= 3 months 
16= 4 months 
20=5 months 
24= 6 months
28= 7months
32=8 months
36=9 months 
40= 10 months

This week I hit 26 weeks and 6 months (so I'm IN my 7th month but you wouldn't say you are 7 months until the end of the month)
