Yikes make sure you're cleaning it often! My youngest had a cord like this it was gross and smelled terrible but they told me to make sure it was staying clean and dry and it was fine.

Not swollen or red so it looks fine. Looks like it's been bleeding recently like it was bumped. Keep it clean and dry and away from things that may irritate it and it should be fine.
