Bestfriends or is there something more

So my best friend and I Just had a talk when I took him home like we do all the time.. He asked me if since we have been friends have I ever had a crush on him then I said in the begging yes but now Idk. That's what I told him but I do still like him but I don't know how he feels. He flirts all the time but tells my other friend that were just friends.. Idk if I should tell him the truth or not I'm scared and confused... Help if you can..
