Your significant other and moving.
I'm in a semi new relationship. It's been a while that we have been seeing each other but not long long.
I know how I feel and I know how he feels. We both love each other, and have stated it.
He has two children, who are beautiful and smart. I adore them just as much as their father.
His ex-wife has found her new partner, who lives in Chicago.
Today he brought up that if her and her new girlfriend hit it off very well there is a possibility she may move to Chicago.
He asked me if I would move.
I'm the type of person who follows my heart. I said I would. There is no doubt in my mind, I feel strongly about him, and the kids. But now I'm feeling very nervous. I have never lived outside of California let alone my town. I'm worried about finding work and making a living, and being so far from my family.

Any adivice for how to tackle all the emotions?
