Baby's Poop--warning: picture included

Sorry for the potential over-share, but my daughter's poop is starting to look more green instead of yellow. It is normally much more yellow than this. She is exclusively breastfed and is a good eater. She has also decreased the amount of poopy diapers she's had per day here lately. I'm wondering if she's constipated? She still has at least 1-2 dirty diapers a day. She is also on Prevacid for reflux.
