Weird ugly nightmares :(

Had anyone of you had weird and ugly nightmares? I've been having the worst dreams ever related with my pregnancy, idk what is this or if this happen on pregnancy? I had 4 dreams 3 of them were the same, and yesterday had one kind of the same but a Lil different, i had a dream i was going to take a pee and when i clean i was like spotting it was kind of pink and when i looked at the toilet o saw the baby inside of the water bag was alive it was moving and was swimming on the toilet i called my husband to come and see it and in the dream i told him see the baby you see it??? I had this dream before, and he told me what we should do should we take it and go to the E.R and see if they could put it back in you??? I just woke up and started crying the 1st 3 dreams was almost the same but i only saw the baby in the toilet it wasn't swimming, i had those dreams on my first weeks I'm 11 wks now i cant wait until the 27th to get my 1st trimester screening and see the baby on the ultrasound, please keep me in your prayers this dreams really making me worry today i have one that i went to the bathroom and when i clean myself i was spotting idk if is because i am so worry and I'm having all this dreams
